What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony begins at 12:30 PM on Saturday, May 22, 2027. We recommend arriving about 20–30 minutes early so you have plenty of time to park, get settled, and find your seat.

Where are the ceremony and reception?

Both will be held at the White Eagle Banquet & Conference Center in Hamilton, New York. The reception will follow the ceremony, beginning at 2:00 PM and ending at 5:00 PM.

What should I wear?

We’d love for everyone to dress nicely for the occasion, but there’s no need to dust off the tuxedo or ball gown! Dressy Casual attire is perfect.

Can I bring a guest?

Because we’re having a small, intimate wedding, we can only accommodate the guests specifically included on each invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, you’ll be able to include them when you RSVP.

Will alcohol be served?

We’ll have non-alcoholic beverages available throughout the celebration. If you’d like an alcoholic beverage during the reception, you’re welcome to bring your own favorite drink to enjoy responsibly.

Yes! There will be plenty to eat during the reception. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Where should I stay?

For the closest accommodations, The Grove is located right next to our wedding venue. We’ve also included Colgate Inn and Hotel One75 on our accommodations page for guests who would prefer to stay in Hamilton.

Do I need to stay overnight?

Not at all. If you live close enough to comfortably travel home after the reception, there’s no need to book accommodations. We’ve provided lodging suggestions primarily for our out-of-town guests.

What if my plans change after I RSVP?

We understand that life happens. If something changes and you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our final guest count.

What happens between the ceremony and reception?

Our ceremony begins at 12:30 PM, with the reception beginning at 2:00 PM. We’ll provide more details as the wedding approaches, but there will be a little time between the two portions of our celebration to mingle, take photos, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings at White Eagle.

Absolutely! We’d love for you to capture your own memories of our ceremony and celebration. Feel free to take photos, but we kindly ask that you remain mindful of our photographer and avoid blocking aisles or stepping into their way during important moments.

Are children welcome?

Absolutely! Children are welcome to celebrate with us. We just ask that all children attending be included when you RSVP so we can make sure we have an accurate guest count and a place for everyone at the celebration.
