Our ceremony begins at 12:30 PM on Saturday, May 22, 2027. We recommend arriving about 20–30 minutes early so you have plenty of time to park, get settled, and find your seat.

Both will be held at the White Eagle Banquet & Conference Center in Hamilton, New York. The reception will follow the ceremony, beginning at 2:00 PM and ending at 5:00 PM.

We’d love for everyone to dress nicely for the occasion, but there’s no need to dust off the tuxedo or ball gown! Dressy Casual attire is perfect.

Because we’re having a small, intimate wedding, we can only accommodate the guests specifically included on each invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, you’ll be able to include them when you RSVP.

Yes! We’ll have a selection of red and white wine, beer, and margaritas available during cocktail hour and the reception. We’ll also have plenty of non-alcoholic options, including soda, iced tea, lemonade, and water.Please enjoy responsibly, and help us raise a glass to the newlyweds! 🥂

Yes! There will be plenty to eat during the reception. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, parking is available at White Eagle for our guests.

For the closest accommodations, The Grove is located right next to our wedding venue. We’ve also included Colgate Inn and Hotel One75 on our accommodations page for guests who would prefer to stay in Hamilton.

Not at all. If you live close enough to comfortably travel home after the reception, there’s no need to book accommodations. We’ve provided lodging suggestions primarily for our out-of-town guests.

We understand that life happens. If something changes and you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our final guest count.

Following the ceremony, please join us for a cocktail hour from 1:00–2:00 PM while we sneak away for a few photos with our families. Enjoy a drink, mingle with our favorite people, and relax while we capture a few special memories.Then, at 2:00 PM, we’ll rejoin you and the reception celebration begins! 🥂

Absolutely! We’d love for you to capture your own memories of our ceremony and celebration. Feel free to take photos, but we kindly ask that you remain mindful of our photographer and avoid blocking aisles or stepping into their way during important moments.

Absolutely! Children are welcome to celebrate with us. We just ask that all children attending be included when you RSVP so we can make sure we have an accurate guest count and a place for everyone at the celebration.
